After purchase you may use the photos from Crimson Cresties as long as you do not alter them in any way and you must give photo credit for the photo
SHIPPING: If collection in person is not possible, delivery can be arranged via a trusted reptile courier such as Ridgeway Courier. International shipping will be arranged exclusively through Dutch Dragon Imports. Just be aware when shipping overseas a courier will be needed to reach DDI in Amsterdam (The Netherlands), and a courier fee will need to be paid also. This will be paid directly to Crimson Cresties which will then be passed on to the courier. Ask for a quote.
Right to refuse a sale:**We reserve the right to refuse sale if we do not think the customer has an adequate setup for the new gecko. We also reserve the right to refuse future sales if for any reason a current transaction has not been satisfactory.
We will not sell a gecko to people under the age of 18 without parental consent.
No geckos can be considered as reserved, until payment or a deposit has been received.

NON-REFUNDABLE, NON TRANSFERRABLE DEPOSIT: Please make sure you are 100% committed before purchasing a gecko as we reserve the right to keep a 25% non-refundable deposit if you change your mind on a sale after making payment (whether you wish to cancel the transaction).
PAYMENT PLANS: Payment plans will only be considered for animals over £100 with a 25% non-refundable deposit. Full payment must be received within 30 days (unless other arrangements have been made) or the deposit will be forfeited and we will relist the animal for sale.
LOSS OF CONTACT: If you purchase a gecko then suddenly disappear without warning we will attempt to contact you for 2 weeks. If we haven't heard from you by the end of the two week period the animal will be re-listed for sale and any payments you have made will be retained by us as compensastion due to us holding the animal back from other potential sales.
LIVE ARRIVAL/SEVEN DAY HEALTH GUARANTEE: We offer a live arrival and 7 day health guarantee if the following criteria is met: You should contact us as soon as you have received your gecko/s. Just to let us know it has arrived safely.
DROPPED TAILS: **Dropped tails during shipping are not covered by our guarantee and we will not take responsibility for this, as that is out of our control. PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT **IF AN ANIMAL DROPS IT’S TAIL IN OUR POSSESSION BEFORE BEING SOLD, WE WILL NOT REFUND THE BUYER THE DEPOSIT IF THEY DECIDE THEY NO LONGER WANT SAID ANIMAL. **
In the unlikely event that an animal is DOA we will require photographic evidence within one hour of arrival. Additionally, if you have any concerns about the health of the animal within the first 7 days you must contact us so that we may help you identify and resolve the issue. Failure to do so will void the health guarantee. You will be asked questions about your husbandry – please do not take offense at this.
REPLACEMENT ANIMAL: If all of the above criteria is met and you qualify under our health guarantee we will replace the animal with a comparable animal from our available stock if one is available or we will issue credit toward a future purchase. You will be responsible for courier costs for the replacement animal. **WE DO NOT OFFER CASH REFUNDS. **
NOT COVERED BY OUR HEALTH GUARANTEE: Conditions that result from poor husbandry, dehydration, tail loss, choking/impaction from substrate or feeder insects that were too large, burns, and injury resulting from accidents or overheating. Overseas shipping is also not covered by a health guarantee due to so many hands involved. I cannot guarantee live arrivals and no refunds will be given in the event of DOA.
